When you crop, resize, or compress a signature or photograph on this website, your files are never uploaded to our servers, never stored in any cloud storage, and never transmitted over the internet. All image processing executes strictly inside your own device’s web browser memory.
1. Technical Architecture: Client-Side Execution
Unlike traditional web tools that send your scanned signatures or passport photos to remote cloud servers for resizing, SignatureResizer.in is engineered using the HTML5 Canvas API and WebAssembly / JavaScript in-memory blobs.
No Server Uploads
Images never leave your smartphone or PC. No server backend receives the binary payload.
Zero File Storage
We have no database of candidate signatures. When you close or refresh the tab, image data is purged.

2. Information We Collect
Because our core utility functions entirely offline in-memory, we do not require user accounts, email registration, mobile number verification, or payment details.
- Document Content: Zero collection. We cannot view, copy, or sell your signatures or photos.
- Technical Usage Logs: Standard web server connection metadata (IP addresses, browser user-agent, operating system) collected by web hosting providers strictly for DDoS prevention and bot mitigation.
- Cookies: We do not set persistent profiling cookies. Any local storage used is strictly temporary to maintain tool state during your session.
3. Third-Party Analytics and Advertising
We may use privacy-compliant web analytics services or non-invasive advertising partners (such as Google AdSense) to keep this educational utility 100% free for students across India. Third-party advertising vendors use cookies to serve ads based on prior visits to this or other websites. You may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings.
4. User Rights and Data Removal
Since we never receive, store, or log your documents, there is no candidate file database from which to delete your data. Closing your browser immediately cleans the temporary canvas object URLs generated during compression.
