About SignatureResizer.in & Our Editorial Methodology

Every year, over 30 million candidates across India apply for competitive recruitment examinations (SSC, IBPS, SBI, Railway, UPSC, and State PSCs). A staggering percentage of applications are rejected or delayed because of simple document upload errors—incorrect pixel dimensions, missing KB constraints, or shadowed paper scans.

Why We Built SignatureResizer.in

Most online image compressors are generic: they don’t understand that an SSC CHSL signature must be strictly 6×2 cm, or that an IBPS portal will hard-reject a file that drops to 8 KB just as swiftly as one that exceeds 20 KB. Furthermore, most photo editing utilities upload sensitive biometric documents—signatures and passport photos—to remote cloud servers without user consent.

We founded SignatureResizer.in to solve both problems: providing calibrated, notification-exact presets that run 100% in your browser with zero server uploads.

Our 3-Tier Notification Verification Protocol

We never invent, average, or guess document specifications. Every guideline on this site follows an uncompromising protocol:

1

Primary Source PDF Only

We extract requirements exclusively from the official notification annexures published on verified government domains (.gov.in, .nic.in, .in).

2

Active Cycle Verification

Recruitment cycles often adjust technical limits. When an exam cycle launches, our desk cross-checks the new PDF against previous years to detect changes.

3

Honest Conflict Disclosure

If unofficial blogs or coaching sites disagree with the official notification, we highlight the conflict with a warning notice rather than publishing conflicting numbers.

Privacy By Design: Zero Upload Engineering

Our core image manipulation algorithms use client-side HTML5 canvas and binary-search JPEG encoders executing directly inside your browser. When you select an image, it is drawn to a local in-memory canvas, checked against target KB constraints, and saved to your device without ever touching an external network.
